The application is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (website: vercel.com). Data is processed on servers located in the European Union.

The database and file storage are hosted by Supabase Inc. on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).

Payment processing is provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland), with regulated payment services provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland, authorised as an electronic money institution by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference C187865) and passported to operate in France under the freedom to provide services pursuant to the PSD2 directive.

Article 3 — Intellectual property

All content on the payemesheures.fr website (texts, graphics, software, databases, algorithms, trademarks, logos) is protected by copyright (articles L.111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code), database rights (articles L.341-1 et seq. of the CPI) and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of VOIGHT-KAMPFF.
